This was our second stay at the property. Great location, really pleasant and newly firnished rooms with all the modern ane restaurants one could imagine having at a hill station, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the management. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. They have ample parking space. Looking forward to visit again !

We visited this place in October 2019.Nice place to stay for family trip. Rooms were Good and reasonable . You can negotiate room tariffs depending upon season.Rooms were clean.Manager and Staff were supportive.They arranged Bonfire and Barbeque on our demand.

Rooms are always up to the mark with spacious balcony and airy atmosphere There are very less good hotels in patnitop with food,stay and parking. But this budget hotel is always best.Had a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for two nights with family, room allotted was worn out.. nothing really great even cold place like patnitop coffee tea maker and electric kettle is missing.. though you ask room service to provide warm water to drink. Biggest drawback is geaser, hold on to the suspense geaser is there but only work for one and half bucket after that it will take more than 30 to 45 minutes to heat water, so in case you are having shower you never know when you will run out of water. They don't have room heater, yes you heard right.They just have a warm electric blanket to manage cold under bed. Food is good and reasonable.. Otherwise hotel really need of renovation. WiFi works only on reception, Bar at the hotel do not have much options and stinks big time due smoking on enclosed space.. Also looks like they don't give preferred treatment to rooms booked by online portals, the room allotted to don't even look like deluxe. The washroom are very basic, the toilet don't have even have basic jet spray.. The carpet on the floor looks like is not cleaned for ages.. Overall very basic hotel with limited options.
